    How can I get Medical Marijuana?

    Will my insurance company pay for my Medical Marijuana?

    If you are a PPO patient from any major insurance carrier such Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cignet, HealthNet and others, we can assist you to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company for your office visit. Please ask us for detail.

    Is my medical information private?

    We are in full compliance with HIPPA federal regulations. All your medical information is private and confidential.

    Q- Once I get my recommendation, what do I do with it?
    A- You need to keep the original copy of your doctor’s recommendation in a safe place. It proves your legal status in any encounter with law enforcement. You may also need it to obtain membership at a medical marijuana dispensary. You should always carry a photocopy of your recommendation or patient verification card whenever you carry your medicine.

    Q- If I get a medical cannibis recommendation will my name be on a state or government list?
    A- No, your doctor keeps a copy of your records, you receive an original letter of recommendation and a copy.  Your records are 100% confidential.

    Q- What is a “recommendation”?
